Workplace Health and Safety

We maintain a well-documented and implemented Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) system, ensuring:

• - Detailed Safety Inductions for all personnel entering our sites

• - Compliance with the Workplace Health & Safety Act

• - Site Safety Officers on all projects

• - Current First Aid Certification for site personnel

We employ a skilled workforce and collaborate with subcontractors who adhere to project guidelines. We operate under a collective agreement negotiated between the Company and its employees.

Industrial Relations

To ensure efficient waste management, we:

• - Require advance notification (at least 24 hours) of intended deliveries

• - Accept deliveries only during working hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday)

• - Maintain a manifest with serial numbers for waste tracking

• - Transport waste in covered, sealed containers/vehicles to prescribed destinations

• - Segregate, verify, and protect waste during collection and transportation

• - Provide official verification notes for waste authentication
